However, no one had actually submitted any testimonials or reviews to us specifically for use on the Cruz Tire Shops website. What people are saying about a company – any company – is good barometer of how you’re doing as a company. Of course, we do our best to take care of each and every customer at all of our Cruz Tire Shops locations. However, doing our best to provide top-notch customer service isn’t the same thing as the customer feeling as though that were the case. So, we believe that while it’s important to do our best to provide the best customer service possible, from what we’ve read, it’s nice to know that the vast majority of our customers can see it!
Do We Always Get 5-Star Ratings?
In a word, no. No company does. If you see nothing but 5-Star ratings for ANY company, either they only have one or two reviews, or there is something “fishy” going on! If there is any universal truth in this world, it’s that you can’t please everybody, no matter how hard you try. That truth holds just as true in our business as in any other. Still, we’re always working toward that goal!
For any reviewers whose experience wasn’t up to par, we tend to look at the reviews they submitted as an opportunity to grow and improve as company. Such reviews give us a chance to learn from any mistakes we might have made, or improve in areas where might have fallen short.
At the end of the day, we’re pleased to find that more and more people are talking about us on the internet. We haven’t gotten it right all the time, but apparently the vast majority of our customers are happy. We couldn’t be more pleased!
